  Yesterday we had called this company to place an order for concrete today. They recorded our order and gave us a quote. The delivery was scheduled for today. An hour after they were supposed to be at the job site and weren't, we called them. They had ZERO record of our phone call or order. Apparently, they don't use a computer system for orders, they use a pen and paper.
  
  So we lose money while they're passing around post-its.
  
  We will not do business with them, nor will we recommend others to use their service. They may offer lower prices than other companies, but their service and quality of work is seriously below par.

  I'm an independent owner-operator ASAP concrete delivery and pumping.. I buy 95% of my concrete there.. And they are an excellent company to get deliveries from as well.. and they treat us very very good..
