  Be very careful, i took my prom dress because it had chalk due to getting it altered , they told me they could get the chalk out no problem the next day because the day after i had prom. It was a new dress i bought just for prom and when i went to pick up the dress it still had the chalk but what upsetted me is it was damaged, strings were pulled out and i asked the worker there what happend but she didnt know anything about it because she wasn't the one who cleaned it and told me i could talk to the manager so i left the dress there and came back the next day. The man who cleaned it offered to clean it again and whenhe came

The manager said they would clean it again and my mom was with me, she told them no because they already damaged it enough the manager said "you just dont want to pay" so my mom got really upset because it was a new dress they already messed up and yet they give her this attitude. The manager started saying "its a old dress anyways" old or new they should treat people's stuff with respect. They did not want to give us the dress unless we paid , my mom was so over it and paid then we left im
